The USAID | DELIVER PROJECT helped build a global supply chain to deliver lifesaving health products to people in 114 countries around the world by strengthening logistics management information systems, streamlining distribution systems, identifying financial resources for procurement and supply chain operations, and enhancing forecasting and procurement planning. The project also encouraged policymakers and donors to support logistics as a critical factor in the overall success of their healthcare mandates. The project’s motto—No Product? No Program!—was a reminder that health programs cannot operate successfully without a full supply of commodities. The project worked to improve health supply chains in the areas of family planning, malaria, emerging pandemic threats, HIV and AIDS, laboratory reagents and supplies, and essential medicines.
The Manoff Group provided the project with technical services in Knowledge Management and Communications, including strategy development, writing, editing, web and print design, message creation, and social media outreach.
